Operation instruction
1. To confirm AC power（110V/230V）and turn on spring separator
2. Adjust spring outlet gate.
3. Please aluminium plate to receive sparated springs.
4. Make sure the rotor disc running with high speed.
5. Open the upper round cover and put unseperated springs into(Don’t put too much each time).
6. Separated springs will be ejected and drop onto the aluminium plate.
7. This unit is suitable for assembly line workers’ use.
How to adjust the spring outlet gate:
Adjust the spring outlet according to spring diameter, (Refer to the scale on the outlet)
Outlet dimension should be a little larger the spring diameter.
After turning on the power, please try small quantity of unseparated springs as testing first.
If springs are ejected unseparated , please press outlet gate downward to decrease the outlet
dimension, then the springs can be separated.
If the springs just rotated and can not be ejected (please try no longer than 10 seconds), then
the separated springs can be ejected.
